EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining MediVisuals full-time in 1989, Bob directed the Medical Illustration Department at McGuire Veterans Medical Center and worked as a freelance illustrator for MediVisuals starting in 1985. He has illustrated numerous books, journal covers and articles, and book chapters in orthopedics, trauma, and surgeries. In 1994, Bob was the featured artist in Airbrush Magazine’s article, “The Art of Medical Illustration”. Bob is an AMI award winning medical-legal illustrator many times over.



FUN FACTS

Over the past 20 years, Bob earned 8 light-tackle International Game Fish Association (IGFA) World Records. Fish caught include smallmouth bass and grey trout (weakfish) on flyrods as well as blue catfish and bowfin on conventional tackle. His two sons earned World Records in IGFA youth categories, one at age 15 and one at age 10, with red drum and blue catfish catches.
