Fiber Tract Color Mapping™

In traumatic brain injury cases, Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) is a useful neuroimaging technique that assesses white matter integrity and detects how water travels along the white matter tracts in the brain.

Fiber Tract Color MappingTM is an animation combining Diffuse Tensor Imaging (DTI) and 3D fiber tract visual technology to not only evaluate microstructural injury to the white matter fiber tracts but also to visualize the location of the damage to the fiber tract to explain cognitive and behavioral changes.
